DJPS Luxe was founded on a simple observation: most buyers — including very sophisticated ones — are underrepresented in this market. Their agents do not work for them. Their network does not run deep enough. Their advisors do not understand the lifestyle layer that sits on top of the property.
We fix that by being principal-led, retainer-based, and deliberately selective.

We do not double-end. We represent one side of the table — yours.
Retained, not transactional
Retainers create alignment, priority and confidentiality. Clients receive judgment, not pitches.
Off-market by default
Most of the homes we transact are not, and never will be, publicly listed.
Selective client base
We accept a limited number of mandates. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
